I've spent more than half my life with soccer. In the sixth grade, I learned soccer at a youth soccer club in Jungnang-gu. In middle school, I played soccer as a special talent and even competed in the Seoul city tournament. After that, I grew up playing soccer as a hobby every weekend.

After getting married and moving, I couldn't play soccer on the large athletic field. As I grew distant from my friends, I lost the opportunities to play soccer competitively.

Now, I'm trying to get back into competitive soccer, but my body just won't cooperate. My game sense has deteriorated significantly. I'm not sure if it's because of my age, loss of balance, or muscle loss, but my reaction speed has definitely slowed down. My judgment is poor, and my confidence is low. Ultimately, because I haven't played consistently, my skills have dulled.

I need to maintain my skills in my work as well. Even basic email writing can become awkward if you don't use it regularly. Creating reports, meeting clients, and making sales presentations; if you don't have opportunities, your skills decline. Especially, if I had a great period in my past, I need to work to maintain the skills from that time.

In sales, in particular, if you don't give sales presentations, your skills decline. I can't recall how I used to present, what flow I followed, or how and when I should ask customers questions.

The same applies to interviews. When I recently prepared for an interview for a career change, I couldn't remember how I used to conduct interviews. I'm not sure how to prepare or how to write a resume.

Possible solutions include:
1) Cultivate the habit of taking notes to keep track of necessary information.
2) Continuously maintain skills by practicing once a week or once a month.
3) Regularly practice role-playing to immerse myself in those situations.

These are some suggestions I can offer.
