"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men," Colossians 3:23.

As Christians, the purpose of work is to glorify God. This is the main principle. We may have dreams and visions, but the culmination of all of them is to glorify God. Glorifying God lies in practicing God's word, working by obeying the words of Colossians 3:23.

We must work with respect and fear, not looking down on others, and on the other hand, with humble confidence, not shrinking or fawning. Fear is fear towards God, and fear will grow even more as you experience the Lord's mercy and forgiveness. It is the heart of fearing that we will bring shame to God.

In the end, we need a sincere heart and an attitude of working hard whether others see it or not.

As a sales position, to please the Lord would be to help customers and when customers are happy and satisfied. Since it is said to love your neighbor as yourself, I must do my best with a loving heart so that customers can feel satisfaction.
