My Authentic and Enjoyable Sharing Time_durumis February 2025

I was grateful to have a deep conversation on a single topic. It was so nice that it wasn't a debate with opposing or conflicting opinions.

It was my first trip to Seoul in a long time. I participated in Monthly Ringchin hosted by Taeseop Ryu (RTS) of MYOWN Company and talked about "being myself." Three months have passed since I became a Martian (living outside of Seoul). Getting to Seoul isn't easy. I had to mentally prepare myself, but fortunately, it coincided with my vacation, so I went to put into practice what Brian JY Yoo, my coach, said: to meet many people.

Along with Miae Lee, CEO, and Jaeho Lee, author, whom I've connected with on LinkedIn, and Daeyoung (Alvin) Jo, whom I newly met. It seems that people really need to meet and share their thoughts. Sharing thoughts expands my own thinking and gives me inspiration.

We shared personal stories that were difficult to bring up, discussed challenging aspects of "being myself," and delved into the very essence of what "being myself" truly means. I also received tips on writing from Jaeho Lee, the author of the book "A Well-Performing Team Leader," helping me refine my writing skills.

Wishing us all to live authentically, I will prepare and share my thoughts on "being myself" with you all :)
