When sales aren't coming in, where can we find solutions? Generally, the easiest yet most difficult approach is acquiring new customers.

It's the simplest logic: if sales aren't happening, find new customers. The idea is to expand sales by increasing the number of new customers, but it's not as easy as it sounds.

Usually, acquiring new customers requires investment in marketing. This includes advertising, content creation, event participation—a multi-faceted marketing approach. Naturally, this incurs significant marketing costs. And even with such marketing efforts, seeing substantial results is rarely the case.

Ultimately, the strategy for increasing sales lies in taking good care of existing customers. It's so obvious. By carefully managing existing customers and helping them succeed, we can secure new business opportunities. While not a 100% guarantee, it significantly increases the likelihood. If we provide our customers with proper service and consistently listen to their needs, they'll naturally choose us again.

No customer will ignore a company that strives to satisfy them. Customers are naturally drawn to companies that take good care of them, and it's simply more convenient to continue working with an existing provider. That's why the roles of Account Executives (AE) and Customer Success Managers (CSM) have become so important.

I've been going to the same hair salon for over 10 years. Now, due to distance, I go to a different one. It's a small thing, but they remembered my car number, so I didn't have to repeat it every time I paid. Because of that little detail, even though the new salon is a bit further away, I continue to go there. And I'm satisfied with their styling, too. Just like this hair salon example, service quality and small acts of customer care can generate continuous sales.
