Now I understand why many salespeople say that "sales is about helping customers." I realized this through the following.

Analyzing each letter of the word "Help," I discovered the following words and the need for assistance associated with them.

H: Happy – Helping customers to be Happy
E: Emergency – Helping customers in Emergency situations
L: Long Time – Helping customers for the Long Time
P: Person – Helping the customer, the Person

Therefore, I have learned that sales is about helping. With this understanding firmly in my mind, I will continue to help my customers be Happy, assist them in Emergency situations, and support them as a Person for the Long Time to come.
