Somehow, sales work has become inertial. The act of simply sending emails and DMs to target customers has become the goal itself. Of course, the goals for each job are different for each company, and the goals for the same job may not be the same, but I feel like I'm just rushing to fill the numbers, not really sending emails for the customer's sake.

Because of this state of mind, when I send a contact today, I've achieved my goal. Then, if I receive a rejection, I say okay and let it go. If I truly care about the customer, I would try to persuade them even once, but I just let it go.

The true goal of sales is to strive to help the customer by even discovering problems they didn't know about. That being said, it is wrong to force it when it is not really needed, but giving up immediately after confirming a rejection is not the direction that sales should pursue.

To achieve such a goal, it is right to contact them continuously and try with different content. One rejection is not an eternal rejection, and there is no eternal approval either. The world of sales is so cold, and wisdom and customer-centric thinking are needed.
