The first coffee chat with a LinkedIn customer at Alconost

We finally met. Thanks to LinkedIn, I was able to connect with someone, and we had a business conversation within LinkedIn, which eventually led to a contract and assistance. And finally, I was able to have a coffee chat with that customer.

The main character is Eunhee Yang from Blue Signum! Those on LinkedIn may have seen Eunhee's recent post. It was a post about her trip to China with her father during Chuseok. Eunhee also said she was surprised by the many reactions from LinkedIn users to that post.

Blue Signum is a company that operates various application services, including the ‘Haru Kong’ app, which records daily life, the AI emotional guide Moody, and the recently launched personal counselor Lime AI. They are operating their business with the goal of helping human mental health by utilizing the latest technology.

Eunhee is in charge of writing-related tasks at Lime AI and Haru Kong. Recently, she used our translation service for Lime AI's overseas expansion. We were able to carry out a project where our translators evaluated the quality of the AI-translated parts and even edited them.

We were able to talk about Blue Signum's business, translation services, as well as each other's careers and past experiences. Talking with Eunhee, two hours quickly passed. As we talked, I felt that we had a lot in common.

In particular, the most surprising part was that we had both worked as 'soccer reporters'! I was in an online soccer media outlet in 2016, and Eunhee was in one in 2020. And we both quit those jobs quickly. Looking back, I think those experiences shaped who we are today. It was tough, but based on that experience, we were able to thrive in good places.

It was impressive to see that the company's identity and her own experiences and aspirations are the same, and she develops her job through text content and operates services. I also want to do something based on text, but it didn't work out well for me. I was also envious of the way she planned and operated app services through writing.

I look forward to and support Blue Signum and Eunhee's future activities, and I will also be of great help in Blue Signum's multilingual translation and the multilingual launch of other customers!
