The aftereffects of Mr. Kim still linger. It was a drama that truly resonated with me, with realistic portrayals. I don't usually watch dramas, but I watched it live for the first time in a while and enjoyed it. I felt a lot of the aspects as an office worker. I think I really need to keep these things in mind and work from next year.

✅ Work hard, enjoying and learning regardless of the company's size
Just because the company I work for now is a small organization doesn't mean there's nothing to learn. On the contrary, there's a lot. You can learn how to grow a company, what kind of environment to set up while running a company, and how to win against large corporations.

You don't have to be ignored because of the company's size. Rather, a small pepper is often spicy. Although pressure exists in every company, it's also good that it's not extreme pressure. Large corporations are in a state of completed growth, so they struggle to achieve results somehow, but small companies are good because even small results can lead to growth.

✅ Don't compare and consider the company's size
Mr. Kim is the head of the sales team at a major telecommunications company, the best in Korea. It's a company everyone wants to go to. Salaries and welfare are good. It's a place everyone knows, so you can win people's hearts just with the company business card.

I always envy people who work for large companies, both in the past and now. But I've felt a lot that it's all useless. People don't see 'me', but the 'company' I work for. So, regardless of which company you work for, whether the company is big or small, and whether others recognize you or not, I feel that you shouldn't care.

Comparison is the path to parting with self-esteem. Even if you envy someone who works for a large company, they become the same person the moment they leave the company. Even if you join another large company, you're just the same person. We are all the same when we retire.

✅ Always be humble
I learn that you shouldn't boast when things are going well, nor do you need to be discouraged when things aren't going well. I reaffirm that I must be humble anytime, anywhere.

✅ Focus on the present more than worry
When the downward curve is prolonged or things don't go well, a lot of worries come. I wonder what I should do, and what will become of my future, and the worries are like mountains. But you shouldn't be robbed of time by frustration.

Instead, you should concentrate more on the work you are doing now and do your best. Even if it's a small task, you should do it with sincerity and not stop if results don't appear. You should continue to run constantly and try various things to create opportunities. Opportunities will surely come to those who do their best.

Watching the Mr. Kim drama at this point, looking at the end of 2025, I strengthen my mindset for 2026. I hope you too will think about and make a resolution about what kind of businessman's attitude to take in 2026.
