It's a really difficult situation for sales, perhaps due to the impact of the global economic downturn. Many customers who contact us for translation needs ultimately decide to halt project progress. Each time this happens, I feel drained and disheartened.

My motivation has significantly decreased as I haven't been able to secure any projects recently. Sales rely heavily on incentives for motivation, but lately, the contract itself is my main motivator.

In the midst of this, there are people who request translation services, even in small quantities. Although the contract amount is small, it gives me a lot of strength.

I couldn't have been happier. I was humming to myself. I was so grateful. I was so happy that they had given me the commission, even though it was a small amount of revenue. And I gained strength again.

Last time, I gained strength from the positive feedback of the customer. These days, the fact that someone gives me a contract itself motivates me. It's a precious motivation that cannot be bought with money. In this difficult situation for everyone, I also want to endure and overcome it.
