Many salespeople always contact customers with a nervous heart. Whether it's a phone call, email, or text... They take two deep breaths before contacting them and approach. I've analyzed the reasons, and they might be as follows:

1. Fear of the contact itself
They are simply afraid to contact. Nowadays, there's even a phenomenon called 'telephone phobia'. They feel fear just by communicating with customers. They tremble for various reasons, such as what to say, what content to write, whether they will make a mistake, or whether their email content is trivial.

2. Fear of being rejected
Actually, this is the core reason. They tremble with thoughts like 'What if I get rejected?', 'What if I reject the rejection and get rejected again, what if I am embarrassed?' Many sales managers are often rejected when they contact customers. We are in a position where we have to be rejected like eating a meal. We live for the pleasure of one success after countless rejections. We have to face and overcome great and many fears until we get that pleasure.

3. Excited about successfully closing a deal
I wish they were nervous for this reason. They are well prepared, have explained well, and the quote is also good. Now, all that's needed is the customer's seal. They contact with a heart full of anxiety about whether they will hear the story of that seal today. They wait for that contact. That moment is so exciting.
