[에코훈] Techsauce Global Summit 2025 Feedback (한국어 & ENG)

ฉันต้องการแบ่งปันประสบการณ์หลังจากไปงานประชุมต่างประเทศครั้งแรกคนเดียวเพื่อทำกิจกรรมการขาย ฉันรู้สึกกลัวจริง ๆ และกังวลมาก แต่มีประสบการณ์เชิงบวกมากมาย

1. การประยุกต์ใช้ AI ในอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ

โดยทั่วไปแล้ว ผู้คนจะนึกถึง ChatGPT เมื่อพูดถึง AI อย่างไรก็ตาม AI ถูกนำมาใช้ในหลากหลายวิธีอย่างมหาศาล

AI ถูกนำมาใช้ในด้านไอที เกษตรกรรม ฟินเทค ฟู้ดเทค และอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย ในอนาคต AI จะถูกนำมาใช้มากขึ้นเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ และบริษัทจำนวนมากจะถูกก่อตั้งขึ้นผ่านสิ่งนี้

2. การพัฒนาหุ่นยนต์

มีบูธบางแห่งที่จัดแสดงหุ่นยนต์ มีทั้งหุ่นยนต์ที่มีรูปร่างเหมือนมนุษย์และหุ่นยนต์สุนัข หุ่นยนต์สุนัขสามารถวิ่งและยื่นเท้าออกมาได้ หุ่นยนต์มนุษย์เป็นที่น่าประทับใจ หุ่นยนต์กระโดดเล็กน้อย เข้าไปใกล้ผู้คนเพื่อจับมือ และยกมือขึ้นเพื่อทักทายผู้ที่ถ่ายทำด้วยกล้อง

ฉากที่น่าสนใจคือมีคนที่ถ่ายทำหุ่นยนต์มนุษย์ เมื่อหุ่นยนต์เดินเข้าไปหาเธอ เธอก็วิ่งหนีหุ่นยนต์ราวกับกลัว ทำไมเธอถึงกลัว

• หุ่นยนต์จะทำร้ายเธอ?
• เธอกลัวว่าจะต้องชดเชยความเสียหายหากเธอเผลอทำหุ่นยนต์ล้ม?
• เธอต้องการทดสอบว่ามันจะตามเธอไปหรือไม่?

ฉันคิดว่าส่วนนี้มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง ในตอนนี้ ผู้คนเริ่มกลัวแล้ว เช่นเดียวกับที่โดรนถูกใช้เป็นอาวุธในปัจจุบัน ไม่นานหุ่นยนต์เหล่านี้จะถูกใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในสงคราม

3. จิตใจที่เปิดกว้างสำหรับการขาย

ถึงแม้จะไม่ใช่ 100% แต่โดยทั่วไปแล้ว เข้าถึงลูกค้าได้ง่ายกว่าเมื่อเทียบกับลูกค้าชาวเกาหลี สำหรับลูกค้าชาวไทย ฉันเป็นชาวต่างชาติ พวกเขาจึงเปิดใจกว้างกว่ามาก พวกเขาค่อนข้างให้ความร่วมมือกับฉันเมื่อฉันอธิบายเกี่ยวกับบริการของเรา

แม้ว่าจะไม่ได้เข้าร่วมในฐานะบูธ แต่การที่ได้เรียนรู้เรื่องการขายในงานประชุมต่างประเทศนั้นก็เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดี

นอกจากนี้ ลูกค้าชาวเกาหลีก็ใจดีเกี่ยวกับบริการแปลภาษาและการขายของเรา ฉันกังวล แต่ในทางตรงกันข้าม พวกเขาปล่อยให้ฉันทำการขายในงานประชุมโดยให้กำลังใจฉัน

ฉันหวังว่าจะได้เรียนรู้และได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีเช่นนี้ต่อไป

It was my first time to visit oversea conference alone. I want to share my insight about this experience. I was afraid to visit it but I could get positive experiences.

1. Various AI Usage in Various Industry

Normally, people may think about ChatGPT when they heard about ‘AI’. But AI are being used as many ways.

AI is used in IT, agriculture, Fintech, Food tech and etc. With the AI, many companies will be established to solve many and various problems consistently.

2. Development of Robot

Some company exhibited robots which are human and dog. The dog robot could run and stretched out its paw. The human robot was insane. The robot made small hops, approached people to shake hands, and raised its hand to greet those filming with their cameras.

The interesting moment was that one of people filmed a human robot. The robot reached out to her. Then, she was scared about it so she ran away from it. Why she was afraid about it?

• Will robot heart?
• Was she afraid she might have to compensate for damages if she accidentally knocked the robot?
• Did she want to test whether it would keep following her?

It shows us that now people are afraid about the robot. Recently, army has drone as a weapon so the robot can be used for the war soon.

3. Mindset To Do Sales

It cannot be 100% but it was quite easy to reach out to the customers comparing to Korean clients. For Thai people, I am a foreigner so they were quite open mind to me. They were quite positive about me when I explained our service.

Although I didn’t join as a booth but it was great for me to learn how to do sales at oversea conference.

Also, Korean clients were kind about our translation service and sales. I was worried but on the contrary, they let me know to do sales at the conference as cheering me.

I look forward to learn and experience like this event.
