Doran made an unwise move near the end of the game when victory was close. He died due to this risky move, and the timing to end the game was delayed. Doran told his teammates that he was sorry because he thought they might lose because of his play. At that moment, Faker comforted Doran, saying, “There's nothing to be sorry about, just take a deep breath.”

Anyone can make mistakes. However, we learn that the reaction of the leader and teammates to those mistakes is more important. I don't know how much impact Faker's words had, but from the perspective of a third party who learned about it, I think it was a really important comment.

We can also make mistakes when we work. We might have missed something, not made a memo, sent an email incorrectly, or missed a business opportunity. We can make various types of mistakes. But we can get back up with a word from our teammates.

We still do not tolerate people who make mistakes. Instead of showing a heart of tolerance, we ask who will take responsibility. It's really painful. I also want to avoid making mistakes, but I feel hurt when I do. Moreover, I become even more discouraged when I hear bad things.

Repeating the same mistake several times can be a problem, but being criticized for a single mistake is harsh. I want to hear the words of a leader who comforts and calms me down even if I make a mistake. With the encouragement and support of such a leader, we can create opportunities and plant flags in new projects and tasks.
