Principle – We have to make clients be satisfied.
How to?
✅Quick
Usually, client can be happy once they asked to us something for example, quote, delivery, check and so on, we have to reply quickly. Because they need to do not just this one but also other things.
✅Fast
Yes, ASAP. People want to know the result. If the vendor delivered the result task faster, they can check it from their side. It means we can increase their productivity.
✅Right now
No matter how many times I emphasize it, it is not enough. We always need to focus on the customer. What they want, when they want.
But keep in mind that even if they need quick, fast response from us, we should keep the accuracy about the task!
p.s. I always got feedback from all clients who said “Because your response was fast, I could believe you and your service”.
