I read the book "Prompt Telling" and was very moved. It contained the AI usage methods I wanted.
Swept up in the AI wave, I was wondering how I could utilize AI well like others. I didn't know which AI to use, nor did I know what AI to use when doing what. While so many intellectuals on YouTube were discussing the importance of AI, I felt like I was falling behind.
Now, I've come to understand a little. How to input prompts so that AI can give me what I want. The core of it was in the 'prompt'.
This book discusses methods, strategies, and frameworks for prompts. As a marketer, it presents a methodology by taking the first letters of PROMPT (I recommend checking the actual book for details). Assigning roles, tones, and target audiences. Adding these parts can produce more precise, accurate, and high-quality results that I want.
The author writes prompts and presents the results in the book, which is very helpful. It shows how to input, how the results come out, and where and how to use those results. Seeing how efficiency is maximized and costs are reduced while operating a marketing agency in reality made me feel like I was hit in the back of the head.
ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, which we commonly use, would belong to LLMs. It also includes cases of using Midjourney and Nanobana, which create images. One of my network members is an AI instructor, and I always wondered what Midjourney was, watching them lecture about it. Now I know more deeply.
Based on the contents I read and learned from the book, I am using LLM more wisely than before. So, I can get more accurate and detailed results than before.
Currently, I mainly use Perplexity and Gemini. Because I'm in sales, I use Perplexity to research potential customers. Perplexity has strengths in the search function. It presents the basis for research, so it is more reliable than other LLMs.
I chose Gemini after considering whether to use ChatGPT or Gemini. Both have different strengths. For example, I asked Gemini and ChatGPT for stock-related information. Gemini was stupid, and GPT was smart. It gave me the results I wanted. So I could understand why people say that each has different strengths.
I was disappointed with the stock-related information, but I thought Gemini was more accessible since I use Google a lot. And I have a bit of a rebellious streak, so if many people use GPT, I wanted to use Gemini, which is the opposite.
Also, the author of this book also teaches methods of self-development using AI. And it explains how to create your own GPT. It shows that AI can be used in many ways.
I am still thinking, learning, and studying. How to use AI to improve my sales. I think I'm making meaningful results by trying this and that. Others will be able to use it more wisely and precisely, and now I want to read a book on how to use it for sales.
