Necessity of Professional Services_SFF Review_1

I learned that many companies generally conduct translation work through internal staff and branches. As AI technology develops day by day, AI-based translation activities are increasing. They are studying AI internally to translate the company's services. If there isn't much text, it seems they use AI to translate simple system terms.
3. The Need for Professional Term Translation
Because it's fintech, the sensitivity to professional terms was high. The moment professional terms are translated incorrectly, it can lead to a situation where a contract cannot be concluded. Also, you can lose credibility in terms of branding. This soon leads to difficulties in business.
I agree with these points. It can be evaluated that doing it internally is safe and reliable. However, there are definitely risks associated with this.
If internal staff are utilized, I think they didn't join the company to do these things. There are many other tasks, and the number of internal personnel is also limited. They already have to do other work and get their time taken up by translation tasks. Employees' motivation for work can decrease.
AI's performance has improved, it's true. But it's still not perfect, and it can't be perfect. Since there are individual differences in everyone, AI, which is a probabilistic model, cannot satisfy everyone with 100% probability.
In the case of professional terms, it's good for internal staff to handle it, but if there are term collections and past translation data, it is a part that can be resolved through external companies.
